Training content was more than apt, filling in all of the blanks that I’d sought out with taking this course.
MS-10961: Automating Administration w/ Windows PowerShell
I was actually pleasantly surprised how relevant the class was to real world. There were several scripts I intend to expand upon in our current environment, as they lay down the framework of several tasks I need to perform routinely.
MS-20696: Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Intune
Tim O’Connor always provides excellent lecture. I would actually like to see increased lecture time in the accelerated classes, and less emphasis on lab work. I feel the real benefit that cannot be had elsewhere or at a later date, is the instructor’s time. I will gladly return to take more training from Tim. Thanks!

Microsoft System Center
Tim O’Connor is a professional, and not only possesses expert level knowledge on a wide variety of subjects, but is able to explain and present them in a way that can be absorbed and applied easily. Tim delivered outstanding on the spot lectures on topics related to System Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory and PKI. This tied together much of the knowledge I’ve been seeking on deploying SCCM as a service, and how to use SCCM in the future.

“I really enjoyed the CPDE class delivered at Max Technical Training. I have been excited about ITIL Framework and its application here at UC and am now in a position to stand up the Program.
