It’s so refreshing to have an instructor in the room with me who can apply what I’m learning to my real-world problem solving. Kevin M., Great American Insurance

Learning a lot. It’s nice to be able to take the training from the comforts of my own home without having to deal with traffic and the long drive. Thank you for taking the time to set this up for me! It’s been a great experience thus far and I would definitely recommend it to others. -Jason L. dunn humby

I was skeptical on how this would work out, training virtually, but it worked out great and since I’m a remote employee I really appreciated the option. Katherine S., Vantiv

MS-20696: Managing Enterprise Devices & Apps using System Center Configuration

Training content was more than apt, filling in all of the blanks that I’d sought out with taking this course.

MS-10961: Automating Administration w/ Windows PowerShell

I was actually pleasantly surprised how relevant the class was to real world. There were several scripts I intend to expand upon in our current environment, as they lay down the framework of several tasks I need to perform routinely.

MS-20696: Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Intune

Tim O’Connor always provides excellent lecture. I would actually like to see increased lecture time in the accelerated classes, and less emphasis on lab work. I feel the real benefit that cannot be had elsewhere or at a later date, is the instructor’s time. I will gladly return to take more training from Tim. Thanks!

MS-20410:  Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012R2

Tim is PHENOMENAL… Unbelievable “real world”experience, that applied greatly to the material.

Tim was one of the best training instructors that I have had.

Tim was a great instructor, providing a ton of real world examples.

Microsoft System Center

Tim O’Connor is a professional, and not only possesses expert level knowledge on a wide variety of subjects, but is able to explain and present them in a way that can be absorbed and applied easily.  Tim delivered outstanding on the spot lectures on topics related to System Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory and PKI. This tied together much of the knowledge I’ve been seeking on deploying SCCM as a service, and how to use SCCM in the future.

MS-10961: Automating Administration with Windows PowerShell

Mike Smith is an excellent instructor. His passion for knowledge transfer along with his skills and experience make him a great instructor. I can easily see why he consistently received the MVP award from your organization.Keep up the great work Mike!

Mike is extremely versed on the subject matter, and explains things in a clear manner that was easy to follow. Kudos. : )

MS-20331: Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013

Mike was very engaging and a great presenter with a good balance of his own examples and diagrams in addition to the course materials.

“Mike is great. He’s a true expert and is able to keep the content fresh.”

MS-55037: Microsoft SharePoint Server Content Management for SharePoint 2013 and 2016

“Very grateful for Mike’s patience and immense knowledge. We are a chatty group with a lot of specific questions for a specific use case, but I feel that Mike balanced answering our questions about specific needs while also making sure we understood the main concepts of the course very well. I feel that I learned a lot about how to fix our current problems, but also learned a lot about SharePoint in general.”

CPDE, Certified Process Design Engineer

“I really enjoyed the CPDE class delivered at Max Technical Training.  I have been excited about ITIL Framework and its application here at UC and am now in a position to stand up the Program. This class, it’s content and tools, are just the right “how to” develop a program and exactly “how to” stand up each process and continually improve it!

I am certain the knowledge and tools I now have as a CPDE will contribute greatly to the success of the program and in fact ease and speed the standing up!  I look forward to sharing that success as we progress in our program maturity.

I highly recommend this class for anyone who is starting a process best practice program at their organization regardless of framework.

Thanks Denise.  It is always a pleasure working with you and your team.”
